Roy and Paige were absolutely amazing! My AC went out during the night and I was sent to Russells thru my home warranty and Paige was able to get me on the schedule same day and was such a pleasure to work with. Then Roy was the service tech to show up and he was great - very professional friendly and took the time to check everything to determine what the problem was and got my AC up and running and waited to make sure it was working properly and cooling the house down. I highly recommend this AC company - they are very professional, friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience - they rock!
